This tour concentrates mainly on the delights of the Southern Lakes but we dip into the Western side too. Whilst not far distance-wise it packs a lot in to the day with highlights being the opportunity to experience the dramatic road over Hardknott Pass, a roman fort, an optional lake cruise on Coniston and the haunts of Beatrix Potter and the Romantic Poets.
