Begin the quest for your ideal gin with a gin tasting before we take you on a journey through the science of taste with a series of interactive experiments.Armed with your new knowledge, we then let you loose in our Blending Room where you’ll begin to mix & match your favourite distillates. We encourage you to try out a variety of blends, who knows, the wildcard may be one to fill the gin shaped space on your shelf! You’ll then create a 50cl bottle of your totally unique gin and personalise your label which you’ll take home with your favourite flavour of London Essence Tonic.
