Qualified instructors: With years of experience, the fully qualified instructors will teach you everything you need to know from the best climbing techniques to how to boulder safety. Introduction sessions: Over the course of four weeks, you'll get eight hours of training with two-hour sessions per week! Safety: You'll be in the best hands as beforehand the instructors will fit you into your harness, teach you how to correctly tie the climbing knot and how to use the auto belay. Independent climbing: After the four week course is finished, you'll aim to have the ability to feel confident to climb on your own! Adult climbing course: If you've been wanting to learn how to climb but you've never gone through with it, now is the time with a four week adult introduction to climbing course at The Foundry Climbing Centre.
