Your self-guided journey begins in front of the Tower Bridge, where you will learn the story of Boudica, who led the uprising against the Roman invaders in 60 AD. You will also learn about the begining of the current Tower Bridge that was built in 1894, which was typical of the neo-Gothic Victorian style, while preserving elements of the military architecture of Medieval London. The tour continues in front of the Tower of London, built by William the Conqueror in 1078.
