We use brown glass because CBD is degraded by UV light (so please keep your bottle out of direct sunlight). The most common reasons people report using CBD oil are: Sleep (try a few drops shortly before bedtime) Stress/Anxiety (take on a regular daily schedule and additionally as required) Pain (take on a regular daily schedule and additionally as required) The most effective way to use the oil is to place a few drops under your tongue and allow them to absorb through your mucus glands. Start low and build up your dose over time - read our guide here.
