It is recommended to use the Trinity device at least five times a week for the first 90 days. After that, use two to three times a week to maintain results Before you begin, make sure your device is fully charged. When on the cradle or plugged into the charging cord, a solid blue light on the front of your device indicates a full charge. Cleanse the skin of any makeup, oils and impurities with your favorite cleanser (oil-free cleansers work best).
