The side rails fold down and it can be lowered to wheelchair height as well as having a clearance beneath the frame for mobile hoists making patient transfers much more straightforward. Additional protection is provided through the bumpers that are fitted to all sides of the trolley; the bumpers can also be removed allowing the trolley to fit through tighter doorways. A plug and drain hose complete with a storage bracket is also included and the trolley can be tilted at a low gradient in order to drain any water via the integral waste outlet.
