The exercises can be applied to your busy schedule without effecting your work and personal activities. In fact, many exercises last for ten minutes or less. I have tried and tested the exercises that I have shared in these modules in order to create a simple and effective approach that can be applied to your daily life no matter your age, career, social status, budget or background.The world has seen some major changes over the past decade. A rise in childhood poverty, homelessness and mental health related issues has seen communities, governments and a nations resources stretched. The financial crisis of 2008 was a big blow across the globe both mentally and financially. The escalating global climate change problem and environmental sustainability is in a fragile and unknown era.
