This course is designed for any level, even experts will find this powerful and for the beginner it will teach you a self defence system which you can start using within weeks, About MeI have studied martial arts since I was 6 years old, now 38 I gained my black belt at 12 years old - one of the youngest in Scotland at the time. I have won a National Championship Title, was part of the National Karate Team and trained with some of the top martial arts trainers in the world including Sifu Paul Smith, Sensei Kawasoe, Hamish Adams, Rick Young and Terry O\'Neil to name just a few.
