This course is to be purchased by an adult and to be supervised by a consenting adult over the age of 18.In these yoga classes you will learn how to breathe and move.  Breathing techniques that can be used in any situation especially if children need extra support (especially at bed time). The poses are guided by your teacher, if you follow the movements and listen to the theme you will learn new poses and health benefits of yoga for adults and children. The educational aspects of the yoga are taught in the lesson, there are techniques that can be used anywhere. learning new breathing patterns and positive supportive words will make a huge difference in everybody\'s life, you will be able to share what you have learnt with your friends and family. You can use these classes as you wish. I would suggest trying a class and see how you feel then you can work out the time of day that suits you, as the classes leave you feeling relaxed i would suggest later in the day can be a good idea however it is also a nice way to begin the day. After you have completed all of these classes you can revisit them or start your journey on to new classes, there are so many different styles of yoga (even for children). These classes are Hatha Yoga.
