Hello Beautiful Souls :-)My name is Daria and I am a Reiki Master Practitioner with my own practise in the UK and clients & students from all over the world! I am so honoured to be able to introduce this Reiki Level I course to you.A bit about the courseThe structure of this course is very different from all the other courses, for two reasons:Firstly, this is only Reiki Level I so the course does not combine all the levels of Reiki in one. It\'s because this course contains a lot of exercises and a 21-Days of Self-Healing with Reiki, so there\'s a lot of information to process and quite a lot of homework for you :-) Also, according to tradition there should be at least a 21 day gap between finishing Reiki Level I and taking Reiki Level II (however, ideally around a few months). It\'s because you should take time to practise and get used to this healing method. It is time for you to figure out a way to be consistent in your practise. Reiki Level II and Reiki Master courses will be available this summer.Secondly, this Level is all about self-healing and self-care so in this course you will not learn how to perform Reiki on others. The main focus of this course is how to reconnect with your True Self. And here\'s why: I really wanted to make sure that before you proceed with helping and healing others you will first learn how to help and heal yourself. Many people take up Reiki because they want to help others, but often times we need help ourselves in the first place. This is why I wanted this Level to be all about YOU and make sure you take care of YOURSELF first, before you start taking care of others. You cannot pour from an empty cup, so take care of yourself first.Who is this course forThis course is for anybody who would like to learn about Reiki, harness the healing power that\'s already inside of you, and reconnect with their True Self.
