The more grounded you are the deeper your connection can be.The second video takes you through awakening your chakras and spirit within allowing you to open up fully to the experience.The third guides you to meet with your spirit guide, although we have many guides this will be the one that is coming forward to help you with this experience.Finally you connect again with your spirit guide who leads you into a sacred space to connect with your loved ones, receive and messages and empower you.
