In 1905 Aston Villa won their fourth FA Cup, following a brace from Harry Hampton in a 2-0 win over Newcastle in front of 101,117 spectators. It\'s here, through reprints of original reports and newspaper coverage, this football book picks things up. Further pre-war cup triumphs followed, along with a record-breaking season in 1930/31, when Tom Pongo\' Waring scored 49 of the team\'s amazing 128 league goals. Continued success over the decades culminated in Villa\'s finest hour 26th March 1982 and their 1-0 European Cup Final win over Bayern Munich. Things wind up at the end of last season.
