Make sure you arrive at the venue 10 minutes before your booked time slot. You’ll receive a short briefing before heading into the room, where you’ll be given the back-story of your game and any information you might need. With four rooms to adventure through, this premium escape room experience is full of mind-bending puzzles, clues and thrills. Afterwards, you’ll have a debrief and finally a team photo to mark the end of a fantastic experience. Validity Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date Participant guidelines Minimum age: 6 (under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult) The venue has no wheelchair access All participants need to be able to stand for 1 hour The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary Availability The experience is available seven days a week, from 10.00 to 23.00 throughout the year. Some exclusions may apply. We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability. Please allow 1 hour 10 minutes for the full experience What about insurance? The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. How it works All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
