This 16\" x 12\" Oblong Silver Cake Drum Board is ideal for presenting your cakes upon. Strong enough to support any type of cake, from a heavy fruit cake to a lighter sponge cake.
As a general rule, for a sponge choose a drum 2\" larger than the cake, and for a fruit cake, 3\" larger.
Use with 16\" x 12\" oblong cake box.
