Myoko Shuzo Myokosan Honjozo Sake
A two-time winner of the International Wine Challenge (sake division), this sake has a proven track record of tastiness! Brewed using a combination of Niigata rice and very soft water from Mount Myokosan, this sake has a gentle initial flavour. It is slightly dry but has a rich taste and soft, delicate fragrance, as well as a sharp, quickly vanishing tail. This is a great sake for people who enjoy dry, light alcohols with nuanced flavours. Sake Category: Honjozo (high quality sake with brewer’s alcohol added) Flavour: Slightly dry, soft, rich, sharp tail Fragrance: Soft, delicate Drinking Temperature: Best enjoyed at room temperature or gently warmed Food Pairing: Great with a variety of foods, like stews, or Chinese /Thai cuisine
