This rustic-style villa with private pool is located in Porreres and welcomes 8 guests. The most distinguishing detail of this property is the 6 x 6 meter sized natural pool with a depth of 1.4 meters. The cleaning works without the addition of chemicals like chlorine or salt; and the constant movement of the water keep the water clean. At the same time, the water isn\'t that clear as a normal chlorine or salt water pool. The pool is in harmony with nature and it is fenced. An exterior shower is ideal for a quick refreshment after basking in the sun on one of the four loungers. Pending on the season, you can harvest lemons, oranges, plums and apricots in the garden. A terrace with sunshade is great for a barbecue with friends. This country house is fenced, has direct neighbours and is just a few metres from the town of Porreres. The ground floor consists of a sitting room with fireplace, a fully-equipped, Majorcan-Style kitchen with gas hob, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, a bath with bath tub and a laundry fitted with washer, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads you to the upper floor where you\'ll find a spacious sitting-dining room with piano, where to watch a film on the satellite-TV and spend nice evenings. Two bedrooms with a double bed each and a shower bathroom are located on the first floor. We can supply one cot and one high chair if needed. There are four fans and two electric heaters. The genuine village of Porreres is surrounded by fields and woods and is located in the heart of Mallorca. In the town centre you\'ll find everything you may need for a self-catering holiday. After a pleasant family-dinner in the village, you can go home by foot. If you\'re into sports, the area is nice for cycling and making excursions like a visit of the chapel Santuario de Cura or do horse riding in Randa. A 30 minutes\' drive takes you to the south coast and to Colonia Sant Jordi, surrounded by dreamlike beaches as Playa des Carbó, Playa des Port, Es Trenc and Sa Rapita.
