If you like to cook outside, there is a barbecue where you can prepare your favorites dishes under the blue sky. This house has neighbors and is fenced.Once you get inside, you will find a comfortable living room, ideal for watching a film or listening to your favorite music. The gas open kitchen is totally equipped. In the bathroom you\'ll find a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed each, and another one with two single beds. One of the bedrooms with double bed is only accessible from outside. It also disposes of two bathrooms, one with a bath and a bidé, and another exterior bathroom with a shower. There are also two fans at your service and more if you needed them upon request.This house is located at the south of Majorca island, Sa Rapita, where you will find all what you might need for a lovely holidays. is located from a few meters of the rocky coast and 15 minutes walking from the wonderful sandy beach of Es Trenc, very famous due to its crystalline water, white sand and sand dunes. If you go a bit more to the south, you will be able to visit the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi, with a lot of restaurant that serve very nice seafood and fish, and a nice port. During the summer, you can also visit by boat the protected Cabrera island.
