For hot days, the living room and bedrooms have air conditioning.The house is located 7,5km away from the Can Picafort beach. This is a sandy beach ideal for families. The seafront promenade of Can Picafort has a great offer of bars and restaurants and it always has a lively atmosphere. If you go direction Alcudia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet beach area with a protected sand dune are of ecological interest and shallow crystalline waters, ideal for children. It\'s worth to go to Alcúdia or Pollensa and discover their numerous little coves!
