Charming 19th century farmhouse with elevated pool and 15 minutes drive from the beach, can accommodate up to 6 guests.After a long day at the beach, it is great to sit on the terrace, have a refreshing beer or bathe in the chlorine pool with a size of 5.5m x 3.5m and a depth of 1.2m. The chefs will enjoy cooking outside on the barbecue and while the meat or vegetables are being braised, you can refresh yourself in the outside shower. Six sun loungers are available for sun lovers. Next to the house there\'s a stable with several animals; the owner takes care of them. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors scattered around the area.The modern living / dining room with satellite TV (only German channels) and air conditioning is open to the fully equipped kitchen, offering a ceramic stove. Here you prepare your dishes in a vintage atmosphere, without giving up the comforts of modern life. On the ground floor there is a rustic bathroom with shower. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the laundry room.The house is about 4 km from the center of Santa Margalida, a quiet and authentic village. On Tuesday and Saturday the market is held in the square, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables from the area, apart from handicrafts and clothing. In the village there is a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacies and banks.
