The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.The 55 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and has no elevator. You will find a rustic and current style in the inside, with all comforts for a nice stay. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen share a comfortable and luminous space with wooden beams and other unique details. It counts with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has the basic equipment to cook during your holidays. There is an only bedroom with two single beds, a closet and a fan for the hottest days. From the bedroom we have access to the en suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation. The sofa turns into a sofa bed for the extra guest. There is a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby. Finally, you will find a shared laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The apartament is located within a property, very close to Arta where you can visit the weekly market of Mondays and where you will find all services for an independent stay. The property is within the Llevant Natural Park, ideal for hikers, or family excursions.
