There is a large, fully equipped terrace, small garden and lake views. The house of 71 m2 is distributed on one level. It has has three bedrooms, one with double bed and two with twin beds; both have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. There are one cot and one highchair available on request. The living room is very cozy, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs and air conditioning. The separate kitchen with vitro stovetop, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, tumbledryer, iron and ironing board are also available.The location is perfect and everything you need is accessible on foot in a few minutes. Also, the bus stop is only 210 meters. The bus runs every 15 minutes to the town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and other places as Ca\'n Picafort, Formentor, Pollença, etc. Enjoy a day at the beach, sunbathing on the sand and refreshing yourself in the sea or take a long walk on the beach. The sandy beach is only 850 meters.The beach is perfect for babies and children as the depth decreases very gradually and children can enjoy the waves and swim quietly.In the Port of Alcudia you can find pharmacy, hospital, stop of taxis, etc... There are plenty of restaurants of all kinds; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and Majorcan cuisine. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place.
