It also has a furnished porch where you can eat peacefully and a fixed barbecue to enjoy cooking outdoors. The property\'s privacy is partial and you can park your car without any problems in the area surrounding the house.The living room with fireplace and dining room are in the same space. In the living room area you can enjoy the sea breeze while relaxing in one of their sofas watching satellite TV (in English or German) or simply reading a book. The kitchen has everything you need, including an electric stove, so you can cook your favorite recipes. The washer and dryer are in the garage.The 120 m2, 3 floor property is ideal for families or groups of friends. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, 2 are equipped with a double bed and an exit to a small terrace, while the third one has 2 single beds. There is A/C in the bedrooms. One of the rooms with the double bed is located on the second floor and has an in suite bathroom; the other two are located on the first floor. The accommodation has a total of 3 bathrooms with bathtub, one on each floor and 1 washroom on the ground floor. There\'s A/C in the bedrooms and in the living room. The house location is perfect due to its tranquility, and proximity to both the sea and all kinds of amenities. In the Port of Alcudia and the town of Alcudia you will find all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and other services, thus enjoying a variety of options. If you just want a snack, you have plenty of bars and cafes to have a drink at. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place. Besides visiting the port, do not forget to visit the ancient Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheater.The area is also known for the quality of its beaches and coves, such as: Formentor, Manresa, Alcanada, Alcudia beach, and so on. Enjoy a day lying in the sand beach, cooling off in the sea, or take a long walk on the beach. We also recommend visiting Cala San Vincent, Pollença and Calvari with its lovely market square.
