There is a fixed barbecue and a wood oven ideal for cooking outdoors. The outdoor spaces have a paved area of 100 m2 and a lawn with a vegetable garden of 35 m2. There is a slide for the little kids. The privacy is total and there are two parking spaces.The living-dining room, with fireplace and air conditioning, is the perfect place for relaxing while watching satellite TV, listening to music or reading. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker. The laundry area is separate and has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms: two twin\' and one double. All rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. A cot is available on request. This villa has two bathrooms, one inside the house with a bath and one outside with a shower. The house is situated in the area of Manacor, one of the most important towns of the island. Manacor is known for its pearl and furniture production, the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams. Monday is market day in Manacor and you can buy local products. Some of the nearest beaches are S\'Illot, Porto Cristo, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, S\'Estany d\'en Mas, Cala Antena, Es Domingos Grans, Es Domingos Petits and Cala Murada.
