Lovely restored house with private pool in Mancor de la Vall, with capacity for 4 guestsEnjoy the summer in this little but fantastic chlorine pool that sizes 4 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.20 meters. You can sunbathe on the 3 sunbeds by the pool. You can also spend nice evenings outdoors at the furnished porch where you will be able to taste delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is located within the village, with direct neighbours and total privacy.The combined current and rustic style results in a happy and comfortable decoration. The living room and the dining room share a space on the ground floor. You can rest on one of the sofas or armchairs while reading a book or watching the TV Sat (only German channels). Then we get into the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob, it is fully equipped and it includes a little table for breakfasts. There is a second living room where you can rest on the sofa. A little bathroom with a shower completes this floor. Upstairs we find the bedrooms. The 1st one has a double bed and the 2nd has two single beds, both with a wardrobe. There is a second bathroom on this floor, with a bathtub. There is also a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.Mancor de la Vall is a quiet village in the inside of Mallorca, at the mountain foot, ideal as a starting point for hikers and cyclist trails. You can visit the Massanella and other peaks. At the village you will find the basic services as well as bars and restaurants. You can visit the neoclassic church of San Juan Bautista or the house of Son Colell. If you want to go to the beach, the nearest one is only 30 kms away in Puerto de Alcudia.Pets are not allowed.
