This cozy town house with private pool in Sa Pobla offers accommodation to 8 guests. Set behind Sant Antoni Abat Church in Sa Pobla, this house features a private, 7 x 4 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. Around the pool, extends a private terrace where you could bask in the sun (8 loungers and 1 parasol) or enjoy great al fresco dining. As this house is located in the center of the village, there are next-door neighbours. The terrace gives access to the living room with TV (satellite channels available) and dining table for 8 guests. The bright and modern kitchen is fitted with a gas stove, dishwasher, some kitchen utensils and another dining table with five chairs. There\'s a double bedroom with fan (no wardrobe) and shower bath en-suite on the ground floor. A toilet can be found on the ground floor as well. A staircase leads you to the first floor. It consists in three bedrooms (two twin rooms and one with double bed) equipped with fan and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). One bedroom has a dressing room. If you come with your baby, we could prepare one cot and one high chair on request. The laundry room is on the first floors\' terrace and includes a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. The town house is just a stone\'s throw from Sa Poblas\' main square where you\'ll find lots of Majorcan restaurants and bars. The market takes place every Sunday. There, local farmers offer fresh fruits, vegetables and other local groceries. A 15 minutes\' drive takes you to the northern beaches like Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. If you love playing golf, Pollenças\' golf course is 11 km away. The old town of Pollença is famous because of the Calvari and the Pont Romà (Roman Bridge) and is a nice spot for a half-day trip.Pets are not welcome. The holding of events is not allowed.
