It features a beautiful exterior dining area, a chill-out zone to si and take a drink in the evening, another cosy area to have breakfast in the morning and a solarium with two sunbeds to sunbathe comfortably. There is also a mobile barbecue to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.Once inside, you will find a blending of modern and classic furniture with all comforts for a nice stay. You can watch satellite TV at the living room, sitting on one of the comfortable armchairs, or have lunch at the wonderful table. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped: gas top, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a great table. There is a laundry area with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. The house counts with 4 bedrooms to rest after a long day of beach and sun. The 4 of them feature a 2 single beds each, air conditioning and a closet. One of them has also an en-suite bathtub bathroom and another an en-suite shower bathroom. A third bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. In addition, we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request, if you are travelling with a baby.The house is very near the great beach of Playas de Muro, with a fine sand and crystalline and shallow waters, and with a friendly and family atmosphere. It is mainly a residential area with all services like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, hospital,... You can also visit other nearby beautiful beaches like Can Picafort or Mal Pas in Alcudia. Another option is to practice golf in front of the sea in Alcanada or visit the charming villages of Alcudia or Pollença.The air-conditioning is coin-operated. Pets are not allowed.
