There are several areas with sun loungers by the pool, so you can sunbathe or find peace reading a book under a tree. The lawn area is the perfect place for children to play after the swim. Coming close to the house, there is a zone with garden table and chairs where you can have an appetiser before lunch, surrounded by trees and vegetation. On one of the porches by the house, you will have a cup of coffee after lunch and enjoy a long table talk with your loved ones until late in the afternoon. At the other porch of the house there is a dining table for 8 people where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors and taste delicious grilled meats and fishes. There is also a ping pong table outside to make a family tournament and have time in good company. The property is fenced and privacy is total.The 130 m2 house presents a very cosy rustic style along just one floor. You will find a wonderful living-dining room when you enter. The wooden beams, the stoned walls and the fireplace give it a special atmosphere. The comfortable sofas invite to watch the satellite TV while refreshing with the air-conditioning, and the great dining table has room for 8 people. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave,... and it leads to the porch. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms where you will be able to rest after a day full of activities. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. The three of them are air-conditioned. One has a chest of drawers and the other two come with a closet. Ir you are coming with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair. In order to smarten up, the house presents two bathrooms. The 1st one has a bathtub while the 2nd is outside and it has a shower. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms, and the house is also provided with an iron and an ironing board.If, at any time, you decide to go out from this true heaven on earth, Pollensa is a great place to spend part of your holiday. All services can be found there like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops,... But you can also find a genuine architectonic and cultural treasure worth a visit several times. After ascending to the Calvari chapel, go downstairs and blend with locals at any of the bars in the main square. At night, the cloister of Sant Doming is full of music of all kinds with concerts. The market day is on Sunday and here you can buy local and artisan products, a souvenir from your vacation. The beach, on Port de Pollensa has fine sand and crystalline waters.
