It is located in Manresa, a quiet residential area of Alcudia.Simple take you beach towel, or maybe not even that, walk about 20 steps and refresh in the salted waters. You don\'t have to plan when going to the beach in this house, or think what you must carry with you. You can swim as many times as you feel like at any moment. Afterwards, after an entertained morning or afternoon, the barbecue invites to light the fire and prepare a delicious meal to enjoy outdoors.When you enter the house, you will find a joyful and modern living - dining room where you can sit all together and chat while listening to the music of the CD player or watch an interesting TV series on any of the satellite channels. For sure, any of you is thinking about a glorious nap on the sofa enjoying the sea breeze. The kitchen has a gas stove and it is perfectly furnished in case you prefer to carry the dishes quickly from the stove to the table. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are located in an independent laundry room. There are 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe each. Two of them come with 2 twin beds and the other two bedrooms present a double bed. One of them has an en-suite bathtub bathroom, and there is a second bathtub bathroom for the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The whole house is air-conditioned, except for the bathrooms.Located in one of the most quiet areas of the Bay of Pollensa and inhabited mainly by locals, this property has an easy access to any service in a few minutes by car, as well as all the entertainment like shops, bar or all kinds of restaurants: fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza, pasta, tapas and Mallorcan cuisine, among others.
