By the terrace, there is a great above ground chlorine pool of 5 m2 and 1.2 metres depth. The exterior shower invites to refresh before the delicious meal. Privacy is total so you can relax on any of the 4 sun loungers and take long walks in peace.The one-storey accommodation is sustainable thanks to the solar energy, and it is featured by a modern furniture but still preserving the traditional architectural style of the island. The living - dining room offers a comfortable sofa to sit and watch a satellite TV film and a great table for 4 people. The wood stove is perfect to warm up in te coldest days. This area is open to the great kitchen, with long countertops and gas stove. There is a shower bathroom and two bedrooms, both of them with a double bed, closet, TV with international channels, a fan, and room enough for a cot and high chair. Of course, there is a washing machine in the house.Since it is very near the Ma-15 highway, it is possible to hear the sound of the cars at any moment. However, this is also a great advantage because you will have an easy access to the eastern areas and beaches. The nest beach is in Porto Cristo, about 19.2 km away. You will find all services, not only in Manacor but also in Villafranca de Bonany, such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Manacor is famous thanks to its pearls factory and because it is the city of furniture in the island. We recommend you visiting the Caves of Drac and the beautiful coves of Calas de Mallorca or Cala Varques, a natural beach accessed on foot.There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed.
