A bathroom with a shower and a bidet, as well as a laundrette composed of a washing machine, ironing board and a iron complete this house. The second building you can find a bathroom with a bidet and shower, two double bedrooms, air conditioning, wardrobe and space for a cot and a high chair in case of needed.The finca its located around 8.6km away from the well known and idyllic beach of Es Trenc. The capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 30 minutes drive away but it is worth it if you are attracted by the history and the typical old streets.
