This beautiful apartment is located 500 metres away from the beach of Gandía, it offers a great shared pool and it is perfect for 2-4 people. Our guests will be delighted with the closeness of the beach to this fantastic residential of apartments. You reach the impressive beach of Gandía in a few minutes walk, where you will spend a nice day basking in the sun and swimming in the sea. However, sometimes you just need to enjoy a refreshing dip at home, without having to move. So, within the facilities you have access to a great shared chlorine pool -with a size of 15 x 8 metres and a 1.6 to 2.1 metres water depth-, 11 shared sun loungers and an exterior shower, for your major comfort in case you need to wash the sand or the salt off before heading home and finish the day with a succulent dinner.The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with elevator and it offers comfortable and practical rooms. When you enter, you find a great living-dining room where you can watch TV and enjoy meals all together. Then you access a simple and helpful kitchen equipped with an induction top and the basic appliances to prepare delicious recipes. Here, you find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In order to rest you have a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, space for a cot / high chair and direct access to the terrace. The extra guests find their place to rest on the sofa bed at the living room and a folding bed. A modern shower bathroom completes the accommodation. We can provide fans and a kettle on request.The area of Playa de Gandía is not only perfect and desirable thanks to the wonderful beach of golden and fine sand, but also mainly thanks to the great variety of leisure, culture, nature and services offered. It has an extensive promenade full of restaurants and cafes that invite to taste our best products while admiring the best sunset. You can also practice some water sports, have long walks and excursions as well as visit the absolutely charming town centre of Gandía.Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family.
