This is a great salted pool sizing no less than 15 x 6 metres with a depth that goes from 1.5 to 2 metres, children pool (with a diameter sizing 4 metres and 0.45 metres of water depth) and exterior shower.Located on a second floor with a small elevator, this apartment has 80 m2 comprising a fantastic living-dining room -where you can watch the satellite TV channels and enjoy the sea views and tour meals all together-; a Mediterranean and simple kitchen with a gas stove where you will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board; two bedrooms with a closet each, one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed and access to the terrace; and a toilet and a shower bathroom. A baby cot and a high chair also are available, as well as 3 fans, although the atmosphere is always cool by the sea.The location of this apartment is perfect because you will reach everything you need on foot, like all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, taxi and bus stops which happens to pass by every 15 minutes in the high season so you can visit the lovely town of Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa or the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca. The fea market in Alcudia takes place every Tuesday and Sunday becoming a lively place where you can acquire local and artisan products. The beach is only a few steps away, the one of Puerto de Alcudia, but can also visit Playa de Muro, Ca\'n Picafort or Puerto de Pollença.
