The chlorine pool sizes 10 x 4 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres, with 6 sun loungers around to bask in the sun.The building comprises three floors. You will access the ground floor from the street where the hall leads to the dining room and the kitchen -equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and a table where you can enjoy an appetiser-, a shower bathroom and three bedrooms -two of them with a double bed and the last one with twin beds. On the first floor you will find the living room which is equipped with two sofas, AC, TV-Sat, DVD and CD players. Here you also have a shower bathroom and three more bedrooms -one of them with twin beds and the other two with a double bed each. All bedrooms have a closet. There are two baby cots and two high chairs available. The property offers oil central heating for the winter season. The floor -1 (on the pool level) just offers an exterior bathroom with a shower because the rest of it is closed. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.Búger is a little village located in the central - northern Mallorca, and it is the perfect place for those who search the peace being at the same time near the needed services, the traditional cuisine restaurants and even the beach which is about 20 km away or 15 - 20 minutes drive in Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. These are fine sandy beaches of crystalline waters that will amaze you.
