On the main floor, there are two comfortable living rooms, with A/C, where you can watch TV. The principal one leads you to a cosy living area and the other has a beautiful loft; both rooms are ideal for some reading. Then, you access to the incomparable kitchen-dining room which is equipped with A/C, ceramic hob and everything that you may need for cooking and eating. From this stay, you have access to the patio and to the laundry room, in which you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 3 dormitories with two single beds and a wardrobe. One of them is on this same floor and has space to allocate a cot as well as a high chair. The other two are upstairs and are boasted with air conditioning. There are also two bathtub bathrooms, one in each floor. Santa Margalida is a lovely village with all the basic services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. really close to the beach.
