Welcome to this beautiful rustic house surrounded by mountains in Andratx. It has capacity for 4 guests.If you want to relax and connect with nature, this is the perfect home. Outside you can enjoy the peace of the surroundings on the cool terrace surrounded by greenery and covered by a thatched roof. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.This century-old house has been recently restored and offers not only the charm of yesteryear but also all the modern comforts. On the ground floor we find the living room where you can rest on the comfortable sofas with the warmth of the fireplace on the coldest days. The kitchen-dining room has a gas cooktop and a comfortable table where you can enjoy your family meals. It also has access to the outside. Outside you find the washing machine and there is also an iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other with twin beds. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you.The house is attached to the building of the adjoining property, although it is completely independent. The wooded area is perfect to enjoy nature by hiking or cycling. The town of Andratx is just 5 km from the property and there you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay.
