This panels trades functionality for simplicity, removing the standard USB and Audio ports in favour of a single elegant LED power switch for simpler cable management. There are a variety of vent designs to choose from each with their own unique aesthetic and airflow characteristics, alternatively the panel is also compatible with dust filters and fan guards.This particular configuration is a Aero vent. This vent pattern is popular for those who prefer a perforated panel look. Airflow is fairly restricted and fan turbulence is increased when the fan is used as an intake, so Lazer3D suggests using the fan in an exhaust configuration for improved results using this vent option.
