The shed sits on floor joists to lift the building off the ground but is still covered on each of the four sides to stop anything from getting in and under the floor. This version of the 6\' x 12\' Shiplap Modular Pent Shed features three double window panels constructed from 3mm toughened glass to allow natural light into the building. Manufactured from high grade 12mm shiplap timber boards protected with our instantly recognisable red cedar water based treatment. Both the floor and roof are constructed from robust 12mm tongue & groove boards with mineral felt added to the roof for additional protection against the elements. Bargeboards and corner strips finish off this attractive garden building. Offering protection against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative.
