To install new batteries, install three new or freshly charged ‘AA’sized batteries, by carefully unscrewing the Strobe section from the main body of the unit and removing the battery holder. Insert the batteries into the holder, ensuring correct polarity. Place the battery holder back in to the main unit, ensuring that it is aligned correctly. Check the O-rings are in good condition and lubricated with silicone grease and fully screw the Strobe section back onto the body ensuring the threads are correctly aligned. 2. To change the batteries carefully unscrew the Strobe section from the main body of the unit. Remove the battery holder from the main body. Carefully remove old batteries and dispose of responsibly if relevant. Insert new or re-charged ‘AA’ size batteries into the holder ensuring correct polarity Place the battery holder back in to the main unit, ensuring that it is aligned correctly. Check the O-rings are in good condition and lubricated with silicone grease and fully screw the Strobe section back onto the body ensuring the threads are correctly aligned.
