Bring to boil, reduce to low heat cover and simmer for 10-12mins, until the water id absorbed, Avoid opening the lid or stir the rice 4. Remove from heat, stand covered for 5mins 5. Lightly fork through the grains before serving Alternative: Rinse uncooked rice with cold water, add to a large pan of boiling water, cook on medium heat for 10-12mins, drian wll and stand for 3mins, Lightly fork through the grains and serve.
