ALOO BHUJIA RECIPE Ingredients: 2 pieces of potato 1 cup of gram flour (besan) ½ teaspoon of garam masala powder ½ teaspoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder ½ teaspoon of amchur powder 1/8 teaspoon of Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon of chaat masala Salt to taste Oil - for deep frying Procedure/s: Cook the potatoes using a pressure cooker (3 to 4 whistles).
