Maurice Lacroix Eliros Chronograph Men\'s Watch EL1098-SS001-114-1 The Dial: This Maurice Lacroix Eliros Chronograph EL1098-SS001-114-1 has an undeniably calm, relaxed temperament that is displayed through the icy blue and silver colour scheme of the dial. The light anthracite hand brushed design of the dial acts a fitting backdrop for the polished blue handset and indices alike. Most of the space on the dial is consumed by three sub dials, which act as chronographs which allow for the recording of elapsed time. The sub dials elegantly display hours, minutes and seconds timers through beautiful blue markers. A date window is present between the 3 and 4 o’clock marker, whilst the Maurice Lacroix logo sits beneath the 12 o’clock mark. The Case: Surrounding the dial is a polished stainless steel case imbuing the watch with an elegant and sophisticated feel. The addition of sapphire crystal glass underscores the levels of detail and care that go into making each watch, as it is arguably the first choice for a fine timepiece. The glass features an anti-refelctive coating which prevents it from glare caused by the sun. It has a solid caseback which the Maurice Lacroix logo is proudly engraved directly in the centre. The crown, embossed with an \'M\' logo, is present at the 3 o\'clock mark. Either side of the crown are chronograph pushers which allow the wearer to access the chronograph functions. The Strap: The addition of a bold blue leather strap is one of the stand out features of this timepiece. The white stitching that runs around the edge contrasts perfectly with the deep blue of the strap. Another elegant feature is the silver applied Maurice La Croix logo sits proudly on the strap. Also, it fastens easily using a stainless steel buckle. The Functions: As mentioned, this watch features three chronograph subdials positioned at the three, six and nine o’clock indexes. Pushers placed on the right side of the case allow you to start the chronograph functions. The chronographs are accurate up to 1/10th of a second which is the same standard seen on many well known sports watches. This chronograph alongside its fashionable look simultaneously combines both characteristics in one harmonious composition. Additionally, this model features an easy to exchange strap mechanism which allows you easily switch straps without the use of any tools. Finally, this watch has a water resistance of 50 metres.
