Here\'s how: Microwave: 600W for 60 seconds, 900W for 45 seconds, 1200W for 30 seconds. Oven: 5 minutes at 150 degrees centigrade. Remove the cover, spray the inner bag with a few drops of water and don\'t overheat - toasted wheat may be great in a Weetabix but it\'s not a good thing in an eye pillow. Chill the eye pillow to soothe tension headaches, sprains and swellings: Pop in the freezer for half an hour.
