This lavender wheat bag is available in three colours:  Blue:  Medium blue with a more than a hint of grey – an autumnal Blakeney sea. Pink:  Dusty pink – a vintage pink eiderdown – fading in the late afternoon Norfolk sun. Grey: Anthracite – a sophisticated dark grey with a hint of green: Holkham pines on a winter’s night. *For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns of this product unless the item is returned unopened, in perfect condition and unused. We will, however, accept returns for faulty items. This does not affect your statutory rights. Dimensions The wheat bag measures 68cm by 13cm and weighs approximately 900g. The inner bag is sewn into sections so the wheat and lavender are evenly distributed – wear it around your neck, arm, leg, ankle or place it across your belly. This is a microwaveable wheat bag. Can also be warmed in the oven. Use as a heat bag to relax stiffness, relieve aches, pains and muscle cramps or just to provide comfort and warmth Microwave inner bag at 650W for 3 minutes, 700W for 2.5 minutes, 800W 2 minutes, 900W for 1.5 minutes.  Oven: foil wrap the inner bag and heat for 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees centigrade. Remove the outer cover, spray the inner bag with a few drops of water and don\'t overheat - toasted wheat may be great in a Weetabix but it\'s not a good thing in a wheat bag.  Cool the wheat bag to use as a cold pack – to help reduce pain and swelling and treat sports injuries and sprains Seal in a resealable plastic bag and pop in the freezer for an hour.  Our handmade wheat bags have a homespun look - they are so soft and comforting, you\'ll feel like you\'ve used them for years.  As humans are not machines and linen is a natural fabric, our artisan made wheat bags may feature inconsistencies or slight flaws.
